Belle, MO- Osage Arts Community (OAC) welcomes second poetry reading
September 24, will mark the return of Osage Arts Community's Getting the Word Out: Poetry in Belle. The event, which was highly successful back in February, is once again being organized by writer in residence John Dorsey, and will feature published poets from around the country, including Jacob Johanson, Scot Young, Matthew Haines, Victor Adam Clevenger, Abigail Johanson, Shawn Pavey, Brandon Whitehead, Jeanette Powers, Jason Ryberg, Brett Underwood, Stefene Russell, Jim McGowin, Will Leathem, Jameson Bayles, Mj Taylor, and Al Ortolani.
The reading will run from 7-10pm at the OAC warehouse, located next to the Belle post office and is free and open to the public. Books and other merchandise will be available for purchase. Resident artist Jason Ryberg will serve as master of ceremonies.
